Lashing single stackers is a simple process that secures two or more objects together by wrapping rope or cordage around them. It’s often used to secure cargo on a truck or ship, and can also be used for camping, boating, and other activities. The basic steps are to tie an overhand knot in the rope, put the rope around the objects to be lashed, make a loop in the rope, and then tie another overhand knot. This creates a “bight” in the middle of the rope that can be used as a handle.
